Elite Buildings’ Panel Building System products began in the utility industry in the early 1980’s in the northern U.S. to protect equipment from the harsh, cold, wet environment. The exclusive pressure injected polyurethane filled panels became quickly in demand providing rugged, climate controlled environments for critical equipment. High insulation values up to R-37.23, rigid wall and roof panels, and quick field erection time make the Elite Panel Building System a preferred solution for a variety of applications. Our buildings are in strict compliance with International Buildings Codes IBC as well as UBC uniform building code.
Our buildings can be shipped pre-assembled at the factory with a skidded floor, or with a temporary removable floor designed to be set on a concrete foundation or pier and beam. Building may also be shipped as a palletized, knockdown building installed by Elites’ field crew, customer or a third party contractor. Elite often provides a field supervisor to oversee the work of inexperienced crews. Erection is usually performed in 1-2 week’s time with a four man crew depending on size of building. Our lightweight shelters are an excellent choice for remote or rooftop applications considering ease of handling and minimal transportation cost.
