“U” Series—PolyUrethane Panel Building System

The high performance “U” Series, our traditional PolyUrethane filled product line, meets strenuous enclosure requirements in a cost effective manner. Each individual panel is perimeter framed in 16 ga. galvanized steel with a dense polyurethane core sandwiched between top and bottom sheet steel to ensure extreme structural strength and insulation. The factory pressure-injected PolyUrethane core produces R-23.23 insulation value in a 3” thick R-Panel (Ridged). Custom welded options can be built into customer specified panels. The Galvalume® R-Panel (Ridged Panel), comes pre-painted with siliconized polyester which carries its own 20 year warranty against cracking, peeling, or fading. Like the sealant in the “S” Series, the “U” Series polyurethane sealant applied between all panel connections is also protected from UV deterioration and forms a watertight barrier.

In summary, the “U” Series includes 16 ga. perimeter channel frames, R-23.23 insulation in a 3” thick R panel, custom welded options built into the panels, and a 20 year warranty on the exterior Galvalume.

“S” Series—PolyStyrene Panel Building System

The “S” Series design provides an economical solution for your enclosure needs with up to 40% cost and field erection savings. The patented Snap-N-Lock™ panel connection easily joins together each panel while forming a continuous insulated foam interface and structural strength to each panel. The built in PolyStyrene core produces an impressive R-12 insulation value in a 3” thick panel while the internal panel locking system eliminates the need for additional fastening methods at the joint for a smooth, clean look. Fabricated under several quality control checkpoints, each panel is laminated under pressure with a waterproof adhesive which has the highest ICBO approved rating. The 26 ga. embossed zinc galvanized steel comes pre-painted in baked on, roll coated, polyester with a 10 year warranty. The sealant reservoir protects the sealant from UV deterioration and forms a waterproof seal.

In summary, the “S” Series includes the Snap-N-Lock panel connection for quick erection, R-12 insulation in 3” thick panels, and an attractive, smooth, clean joint on the interior and exterior.
